EDUCATING GEORGIA'S FUTURE
“Georgians have a history of pulling together and finding the opportunities within our challenges. No opportunity is greater than the 1.7 million students and 100,000+ teachers in our classrooms.” -Richard Woods, Georgia’s School Superintendent
Educating Georgia’s Future is about public awareness. It’s about highlighting the successes of Georgia’s students and educators, and shining a light on best practices so they can be adapted for use all over the state.
It’s about the collaborative efforts, improved communication, and classroom-centered, child-focused policies that are changing public education in Georgia. It’s a way to address the concerns and realize the potential of Georgia’s future – our students.
We encourage schools, employers, and all Georgians to join us in this mission. Please FOLLOW ALONG, via Facebook and Twitter, and learn more about the efforts underway to make sure all Georgia students are ready to learn, ready to live, and ready to lead.
